Store terms
WARWARE products are licensed digital files, not ownership of WARWARE intellectual property. Unless a product page states otherwise, purchases grant one customer a non-transferable right to use the delivered files in their own Roblox development projects. Redistribution, resale, source-file sharing and removal of licence notices are prohibited.
Products must be used in accordance with Roblox rules and applicable law. Historical products may use platform-safe substitute markings.
Privacy
The store processes account email, optional Discord identity, order identifiers and download records only as required for authentication, delivery, security and support. Card information is collected by Stripe and is not stored by WARWARE. Authentication and storage are provided by Supabase.
WARWARE does not sell customer data. Provider and lawful-disclosure obligations may still apply.
For account security, fraud prevention and aggregate service statistics, WARWARE may retain the customer’s latest masked network prefix and broad location supplied by its hosting network. Exact IP addresses are not stored by the store. This record is visible only to the owner and is replaced as the customer returns.
Refunds
Digital products are generally non-refundable after protected files have been accessed, except where the product is defective, materially different from its description or applicable consumer law requires otherwise. Duplicate charges and confirmed technical failures are reviewed individually.
Refunds may revoke the related Vault entitlement. Chargebacks or fraudulent payments may suspend the associated account while investigated.
